This seems to be an appropriate time of year for us here at CDDG to look back and give thanks for having an opportunity to move this far, especially during these troubling times we all are facing right now. Every day it seems there is a new crisis to be dealt with in the headlines and on the evening news, it becomes overwhelming at times. All of us are worried, mainly how the circumstances we read about are going to affect us personally and forget that there are millions more out there with the same concerns and fears.
Today, we all know that our projects are late. Believe me, this is not a fact that we are not aware of. The reasons for the delays are too numerous to list, but if you need evidence of the top three, just pick up and read the headlines in any newspaper in the U.S. or Mexico, or anywhere else for that matter. We have got caught up in the same things that most of you have, and like you, we are powerless to change some of the circumstances we find ourselves in. Fortunately, for us (and you) the facts are that we are still here and moving forward, closer to completion and delivery every day. All of us here at CDDG are working diligently, against the odds to follow through on our obligation to you, our valuable owners (and friends), to deliver to you the most luxurious, affordable oceanfront condominiums and resort ever made available in this region. At times, this has not been an easy task, for so many unforeseen events have taken place in all of our lives. But we are still here. And, for that we are grateful.
In the next couple of weeks, we will have some very exciting news for all of you in regards to completion of the condos and TheHotel. A series of events have transpired that will allow us to see a construction pace that we have not witnessed before. Delivery will be right around the corner; we will be in contact with our owners more and more in the coming weeks. It is time to look forward, towards completing your purchase and taking delivery of your condo. We have been fine tuning our team here in Mexico, getting ready for this daunting task, there is much work to do for all of us. Shortly, we will be contacting all of our owners to help walk them through this process; of obtaining the necessary funds to close, immigration paperwork, changes in escrow instructions, collecting documentation, getting your finishes buttoned up and paid for, many things to come.
And that is what brings us to the point of giving thanks. Through all of this waiting, uncertainty, unsettling times, we are almost there and we want to thank you, our owners and our friends for your patience and support. We haven’t always seen things the same way, but we all wanted the same thing, completion and delivery. First, it will be the Residences and then, One Eleven. So again, thank you, we are almost there.
